At Four Quarters Brewing, exploration is at the heart of everything we do. Inspired by the dual nature of the moon as ever-changing yet cyclical, we navigate towards consistently imaginative beers that embrace nature’s ever-changing ingredients and conditions. What started as a four-barrel brewery run by a solo brewer has grown into a thriving community hub on Winooski’s Main Street. Our beers are more than just the liquid in a can or a glass; they are field notes from our ongoing journey — reflections of our experiments, discoveries, and the connections we forge with those who share our path. So grab a beer and let’s explore together.
